Refund/Return Policy

  • If, upon pick-up of an online store item and it does not meet your expectations, we will offer a full refund to your credit/debit card, so long as the item does not leave the store. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all listings but recognize that different screen settings will affect the appearance of some items.
  • Once an item has left the store, we offer a 14-day return policy for store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. You can return the item to either our Simi Valley or Oxnard stores, it does not have to be the store which the item was originally purchased from. 
  • Store credit is not valid in the online shop. It is valid at the Oxnard or Simi Valley in-person stores only.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging, when applicable. We also require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be made in store. Returns cannot be completed online. You are responsible for getting the item to the store.
